Beautiful boots. I would be interested to see more photos to get a better look at the patina. Natural CXL really seems to age nicely.My go-to: natural chromexcel modified last plain toe boots.

Mike, no way man, they look great as is!! Wipe down with a barely damp towel and brush... do not apply polish! Great shoe my friend, wear in great health!

Unc, thanks. I'm keeping them! Thanks to all that offered their opinions, too. These are, bar none, the most comfortable pair of dress shoes I've put on new. Others, there's a little rubbing that eventually settles. I may have to wear a band aid here or there for a while. Not these. Anyone hear of bath slippers with a double sole? These are it!

Sweet. I've got the same shoe and I will tell you that it gets better with age. Like you, I also like having the Horween stamp inside the shoe. Very nice pick-up.
