@rnguy001 i would highly recommend NOT using the dryer. With any of your shirts and pants. It's evil and if it doesn't shrink your clothes, it will decrease the life of all your garments. Not just on this guy but on any of your better fitting clothes.

Having said that, we will always take your returns back. If you're on the edge, order a 42 and send the one back that isn't up to your standard. @OmniscientCause sizes us in Yosemite's but I keep em at my regular TS size so it's all up to you. I don't use mine so much as an shirt/jacket and just use it as an everyday shirt, just a lot warmer.

Hope that helps

Browsing the Last Call page: https://www.taylorstitch.com/collections/mens-last-call

While spring/summer is a ways off, I highly recommend the Watermelon S/S Madras (https://www.taylorstitch.com/collec...cts/watermelon-short-sleeve-madras-california) and the Sea-Washed S/S Light Blue Jack (https://www.taylorstitch.com/collec...ducts/sea-washed-light-blue-short-sleeve-jack).

And maybe the colors would be better for spring, but the Hyde in Poppy Plaid has long sleeves for immediate fall usage: https://www.taylorstitch.com/collections/mens-last-call/products/poppy-plaid-hyde

I have all three and I wear them a lot.

I have the light blue sea washed, love the shirt. Wished the other sea washed had ot been white as I'd like another color.

Was rather hoping TS would respond toy post re the Essex Ranger Mocs.

I've since purchased a pair of the olive green bison mocs from Portland Dry Goods and they recommended going true to size, worked.

I love the Essex from Horween, but cannot wear the ones I got any more.

What are they possibly supposed to say? They had a sizing recommendation to help people identify the correct size. There was probably some logic behind it. I don't think they were implying you should follow it as a ten commandment and stick with a shoe that didn't fit. Also, your post didn't really have anything to respond to. You said they didn't fit and you'd be willing to sell them. Maybe if you asked them something directly, they'd be compelled to respond.

The measurements for the project jacket looks like the same as their standard shirts. Can anyone that owns or has owned the project jacket confirm if it fits like their standard shirt? If so I would have to size up since i would layer with it.

Yeah I have the Pine project jacket, nice piece. I would say it is very comparable to your shirt size. I can wear one layer underneath the jacket and have it remain comfortable and fitted. Anything more than a thermal/flannel, t shirt, or standard shirt and I lose a bit of comfort and mobility (arms start to get tight). If you plan on snagging the blackwatch version and wearing it over a bunch of layers as shown on the website, sizing up is probably a good idea. Personally, I am going with my true size that corresponds to by TS shirt size because I don't plan on wearing this jacket in subzero temps. I like the fitted look and a thin sweatshirt or any one-layer is all I'd want to use it with.

Cool, thanks for the feedback. I like the fitted look too but the Yosemite shirts in my TS shirt size is slightly snug since it is a heavier material. I'm thinking going up one size in the blackwatch project jacket would be the right direction since it is significantly heavier than the Yosemite shirt.

When I'm told a shoe will stretch and to order a half size smaller, I don't expect them to stretch overnight. In order to do so they must be worn for awhile. Once worn for any period of time it is difficult to return them. I now own an unwearable pair of shoes that cannot be returned. Medoc do you find that reasonable?

Particularly when another vendor selling the same model suggests going true to size.

Have yet to receive one of their products, however, I'm getting a bunch of stuff including their indigo canvas jacket (no side pockets oh well), and gambling on their telegraph jacket; the sizing specs are goofy though. Your actual cart purchase with the telegraph jacket is 44XL, yet the sizing chart is 46XL..WTF? Suppose I'll have to email to make sure I'm getting the correct chest size. So torn between the size too as I'm new to sport coats. My chest is 41.5-42". I'm 6' 175lbs and think I should go with the 47.5" and get it brought in??! Shizen.

Edit: Well, the sizes to pick from are L42, XL44, and xxl46...wtf lol. How can they not match up with the sizing chart after so long?
