i visit Adam Tailoring & Alterations on 2nd and Jackson. There's a bunch of Yelp reviews here:

He's definitely the cheapest, most up-front tailor I've visited in Seattle, but I agree with some reviewers that his turn-around times have gotten quite a bit longer. For the most part I never need anything in a rush so it doesn't bother me, but if that describes your need it may be a factor.
