Hi all, I have been reading the forum literally for ages, but didn't need an account to post :) This is my first thread!
In short, I need some sort of advice since I'm not really sure how to fix this issue and tailors in my city have very limited knowledge and familiar only with basic stuff (the tailor I've been talking to told me that it's because of "gluing" but this is a canvassed suit).

I have a Zegna Trofeo suit which used to fit perfectly, but recently I've been noticing that the inner lapel "reverses" (in a lack of a better word), and I am not sure what's causing it. Tightening the button did help a little, but it just reduced the problem (still visible as on the photo).

Is this reversible, and any suggestions how to fix? Thank you everyone!

just a guess -- it looks like your left lapel is rolling too low so that the lapel is rolling past the buttonhole. Is the left lapel creased, perhaps from improper pressing or storage? There shouldn't be a sharp crease in the lapel; it should 'roll' smoothly. The lapel line is set during construction of a canvassed jacket. If there is a crease it should be pressed out as described here:
