Similarly, chocolate chip bagels and blueberry cream cheese. It's like a pastry in that it's dessert and not breakfast but DAMN is it a great combo.

Mmm, ajvar.

I highly recommend Brian's ajvar for those who cannot make their own ajvar (obviously making your own is best, but it's tedious).

The trip - well it's been life-changing in none of the ways I expected...for better or for worse.

Agree. Awesome.

Also, sea salt and dark chocolate. Basil and grapefruit.

Not really surprising anymore but first time I had bitter chocolate and hot pepper, my tastebuds were a little upside down.

I had watermelon and well-seasoned roasted beets last night and it is always a great combo in the summer.

When I make peach cobblers, I always add chopped up fresh lavender to the fruit. Lavender, having a soft sweet quality to it, adds a great dimension to sweet, nectary peaches.

I also like to put cumin on scallops when I sear them.

Edit: I also love to eat Claussen pickles with popcorn.

French fries and honey.
Cheddar jalapeno bagel and dill pickle cream cheese. Sounds disgusting but is heaven.

Neither of these two products should really exist.
