Suggestions for OTR adjustments in MD/DC?

I've started commuting from Frederick MD into DC recently, and it's clear that I need to update my wardrobe! (That's what I get for telecommuting the last seven years.) I grabbed some inexpensive OTR suits on various sales recently, and need to have them adjusted.

The "tailors" in Frederick are all focused on selling wedding dresses, and rarely have a single suit on display in their shops. I'm sure they can add a hem, but I'm not confident that they'll have me looking as sharp as most of the well-dressed guys in DC. My only other options are Mens Wearhouse and JoS A Bank.

I'm commuting in to Washington by train, so anything near Union Station, or any of the MARC stops along the way (Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg, etc.) would be ideal. I don't need top-end bespoke work, just something that will keep me up to date and not looking like a slob.

Thanks!
