Strickland was a bespoke tailors that had been around for a long time and was purchased by Richard Anderson. I believe the name is now being used to sell a line of RTW, perhaps made to lower spec and price points than the made to order suits Anderson is also selling (along with his bespoke).

Prior to being absorbed into Richard Anderson, Strickland was very straight down the middle SR interms of quality and silhouette. My father was a Strickland client for many many years as they had a man visit Chicago who had a very decent following.

Now I think that you'll get the R Anderson approach. When Anderson bought Strickland all of the clients got a letter and introduction.
