I want to say G&G, partly because it reminds of of their soft square and partly because of the shape of the heel. However, I don't recall seeing this colour leather in their swatch book nor them ever offering ribbon laces.

Ribbon laces to me say St Crispins.

i think the closest color in G&G suede samples is Fox suede but that might be more gingery
