    I absolutely love the 2 eyelet Corthay derby's. Do they do that in a chukka boot?
    they had one in the showroom that is very close...i think there was some stitching around the ankle and i can't remember if it had 2 eyelets...but aesthetically very, very similar

    How do Corthay's fit? I would not mind ordering some, but I am afraid I have no access to a retailer [​IMG]

    looks like you need a weekend trip to NYC to visit leftfot, i dont own any, but i have tried them and they are pretty ture to size, but YMMV

    Church's tend to receive little love around here. Seems a shame considering that they are very well made (gemming notwithstanding, of course).

    these cigar PTB's are great, just wish i had flat feet then i could where the barrie last! :-(

    First shoe by a French maker.

    Personally I am kind of impressed by the shoes, at least for the price I was paying. I wouldn't have expected the channeled soles, as the pics on the website indicate that they usually have not...

    Not sure about the leather quality though. My untrained eye can't spot any differences to my other shoes, but we will see.

    good advice - i am sure NYC has a lot of other good shopping and not only just for shoes!!!!
