speed, lighten up. I was kidding. I will say that it's not merely my dislike of wholecuts in general that prompted me to write that. It's the fact that I can't image ANYONE wearing those particular shoes. If you're saying that you'd actually wear them, then perhaps I'd owe you an apology. I do find it very difficult to understand why every time one of you posts pictures of shoes with way out there designs that appear bespoke, there always has to be a few drones who welcome them with oos and aaaaaaaaaaahs just because...

On the other hand, you guys sure as hell don't hesitate to rip SoCal2NYC for many of his shoe purchases. I'll admit that I don't like most of them, but at least I respect the fact they're shoes he actually bought and wears!

Those are my old EG/RLPL Montford, photographed immediately after I antiqued them. They were likely made by EG between 99 and 02.

I think the shape is nice and I think the design is unusual enough to be fun. But considering the elegant shape and design of teh shoe I think the sole is too thick.
