With beloved forumite emptym soon departing for a Philippine summer of debauchery, low-cost tailored clothing and a painful lack of fresh vegetables; we join together to drink, eat and wish him well on his journey. Where & When: Tuesday, May 18. Drinks: Parea Wine Bar, 7pm Dinner: Andalu, 9pm map for both We have a reservation for 6 people at Andalu at 9pm, with five spots taken so far:

Foreign Cinema. I remember that place. Second date I had with the current gf. Great place, although I haven't been back since then, and that was around 8 years ago. Wish I were around to hang out with you fellas.

NOTE: I edited the OP, there was a snafu with the reservation at Foreign Cinema and Tuesday is no longer viable there. So, I'm looking into alternates. Suggestions welcome.

Thanks for the invite, but it's unlikely that I can make it. I'm back and forth to San Diego on Monday and will not likely have the energy to make it to the city on Tuesday night after work.
