Santoni Trunk Show At Sc Nordstrom Already Happened

Dear all who were interested and planning to attend tomorrow the 5th,

I called Nordstrom to confirm the 5th date trunk show, and the rep told me that it was HELD ALREADY today.

No use arguing, but I let him know how irresponsible that was to provide me with false info or changing info last minute without notifying anyone. I did leave them my number for this as well a couple of weeks ago.

He said it was never for the 5th. That is crazy because one the reps there confirmed with me it would be and confirmed it on the schedule and with his manager. This is inexcusable.
I took a vacation day off for this. I am now wasting a vacation day due to their negligence. More badly, I am wasting your time and effort if you planned already to be there tomorrow.
I am sorry this happened. But if any of you still wish to meet with Andy at SC or anyplace closer now, you can reply.

Sorry they screwed it up for you. I know you were looking forward to it. It probably wasn't going to be worth it anyhow. You should return your new Santonis in protest.

yes, i should; i am so upset at nordstrom or santoni whoever it is, not for me but for those who were making plans to go in their schedule due to my announcements.

Sorry to hear about what happened. Funny thing was I was driving past South Coast to Newport Beach today and remembered about the Santoni trunk show supposedly tomorrow. I thought about swinging by SC again just to check it out...guess I don't have a reason to. Well, unless I want to spend lots of money I don't have...
