I've been pouring over www.avvo.com and Google to find an RE attorney. I've made a few calls and have a few leads, but figured I'd ask the SF collective for any first-hand recommendations/experience for/with RE attorneys who have litigation experience and are reasonably priced. I'm based in Queens, but am open to suggestions.

Obviously if you are an RE attorney, contact me.

Wait, what do you mean by a "real estate attorney" with litigation experience? Are you looking for an attorney to handle real estate transactions or are you looking for an attorney to litigate a matter that's related to real estate? And if it's the latter, are you looking for someone to litigate a contract issue or a title issue?

I generally wouldn't recommend hiring a transactional real estate lawyer to litigate, and I wouldn't recommend a litigator to handle real estate transactions.

I'm looking for an attorney to litigate a matter that's related to Real Estate. Specifically, an attorney who has handled boundary disputes in the 5 boroughs.

Have you considered asking this question on streeteasy? The forum is more NYC real estate based.
