Any plans to bring back lightweight oxford cloths (especially in white)? Accidentally machine dried my lightweight white oxford and now it’s unwearable :x.

We may bring them back next summer - but considering that a spring/summer seasonal fabric. Try washing the shirt cold again and this time letting it hang dry and you may find that it comes back to it's original size.

Thanks for the clarification. That might help a little, but I agree that I'm not sure it'd fix the tenting.

I attached two pics of an old Proper Cloth shirt I have (standard shoulders and no posture adjustments). I've outgrown it so now it's tight enough that the tenting isn't so extreme, but it still shows the underlying issue.

When the collar is buttoned it's flush against the front and back of my neck so the shirt can't move much and it's OK. But when I unbutton it the entire shirt rotates backwards. The front lifts up opens a gap behind my neck and the collar. I constantly have to pull the front of the shirt down. It doesn't look like it because of how much the shirt moved, but I'm standing with the same posture in both photos.

Is there any adjustment Proper Cloth can make that redistributes length from the back to the front? I noticed selecting the Neck Back adjustment increases the Front Length while keeping the Back Length the same - maybe that could help?

Hmm complicated and a few things going on. Since you're finding the collar is not cleanly sitting on the back of the neck when unbuttoned, we would suggest applying a neck *forward* adjustment. This will keep the collar against the back of your neck. It will do this by rotating the collar forward on the shirt - effectively *shortening* the front. I'm confident that will help the collar to not feel like it needs to be pulled forward constantly. It will also help it stand up better and the fabric below the collar in the front to drape cleaner when unbuttoned.

Rear darts may also be nice to curve in the lower back a bit.

I am still not confident about how to resolve the front midsection tenting, it does seem to be less of an issue on this dress shirt. We're working on a larger pattern change to how we apply sloping shoulders that (isn't ready yet, but when it is), may be helpful to reduce this tenting.

I have several Proper Cloth shirts, primarily solids, as some of the striped and checked shirts I ordered early on have poor pattern matching, particularly at the shoulder seams and yoke and the sleeve placket. How is the pattern matching these days? Any recent pattern matching photos? Thanks

Anyone else having issues with shipment tracking?

Placed my first order for a shirt a few weeks ago, and was given an indicative delivery timeframe of 13-20 Sept. No actual waybill showing on my order page on the website. I only get tracking info via e-mailed links, but each e-mail I've gotten seems to link to a different waybill. So far, I've gotten 2 different DHL waybills (one showing Boston as the the destination, the other NYC), a link to a FedEx waybill that throws an error claiming the number is invalid, and most recently a link to a USPS tracking number.

Throughout this time, I've e-mailed support a few times, and keep being told the number is correct and the package is on its way. But how can one shirt have 4 different tracking numbers with 3 different couriers, and 2 different destinations?!

I just logged in again, and now the FedEx tracking number is showing, but again when I click the link, I just get directed to an error message on the FedEx website.

The last order I placed was late last year. One herringbone, one glencheck, and one plaid. The pattern matching on all three was actually really good. I didn't expect them to do that well.

Q1 - is the home try on kit jacket classic fit?
Q2 - is it the norm that PC jacket would be cut bigger than SM jacket; i.e. 45 PC = 47 SM?

I have many of the 100% merinos. They are extremely soft. I find them usually more casual than formal. They are usually better than other merino shirts I've tried. They rarely fray (one shirt did, and it was replaced free). They wrinkle lightly and iron easily. They are very light also.
