To be honest, the after pictures don't look bad at all. I preferred the original, but it still looks good.
UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here
Good luck!.

Why did you feel compelled to put neatsfoot oil on a brand new jacket? I thought a leather conditioner is to put moisture in to dried leather.
Related question. How do you prevent a hanger from distorting a leather jacket? I have some older leather jackets and over time they assumed the shape of the hanger, leaving a hump on the shoulder. Is the solution as simple as insuring that you have a proper size hanger? Or do people store their jackets without using hangars?
It looks as if JL's marble finish...
I solved this problem by throwing my jacket on the floor and forgetting about it until I wear it next time. So far worked out well.
Also it's a leather jacket. Stop babying it and trash it so it will actually look good.
