I've been finding so much oppertunity for investing and business creation. My lifestyle changed and I started seeing the outside world. I changed my playing field, migrated to a wealthy country...to the wealthiest country. I'm planning a retirement with a place in Monaco and a country house in Tuscany. My working life is doing well and I am meeting the right people.

I laugh when I see the rents on a luxury villa in Dubai, what fools we all are. A country with no perminant residency and no bankruptcy means lots of abandoned houses from a past bubble.

I laugh when I see the starting salaries for a professional fresh college graduate in the US.

I laugh at housing prices in the US and most people overseas(non-Europe) believe a house could not cost less than a first born child.

I laugh at Greece where people are reduced to abandoning thier pets, and using candles to apply for jobs that don't exist.

Joke's over: time to make some serious money.
