Fun challenge. Great job guys! Now it is time to vote for your favorite ninja(s). Poll will end March 12 Midnight. Here are the participants:
I'm not much of a ninja but I thought I would bust out my ninja-est clothing. I'm sure you are all going to blow me out of the water. I also figured ninjas probably don't smile.
Never gone full ninja before. This was fun :)
Brands
Bless, MA Julius, Rick Owens, Rick Owens, Zam Barrett, Docs.
Another one for fun.
Watup ninjas ;)
Took this last week when I was taking my dogs for a run and it was so cold my eyes felt like they were burning. Thought it looked ninja-esque at the time.
Decided to enter this time:
Raf Simons (Coat) Petar Petrov (Trousers) Attachment (Boots)
Not sure anybody can compete with all those Rick/n(n) straps, but here goes:
Deets
AKOG Thom Browne specs Klekko high neck, asymmetrical wooly thing Pentabike t-shirt (no vis) Kenzo cargos Alexander Fielden rubber coated derbies
Textures
looks like I won't have time to photoshop myself into another bg Siki Im/Arc'teryx Veilance/Cav Empt/Nike/Cote et Ciel
did I make it in time...!?
Uniqloak x 2 RG 2nds CP
ITT grown men dress up like ninjas because someone on the internet told them to.
Last minute tabi fit. Don't have any baller ninja scarves to top it off, unfortunately.
I meant to just observe this time, then I heard "ninja". Too much fun to pass on. I have access to a gorgeous Japanese garden I knew I wouldn't find tabi in a thrift store, I was looking for something acrobatic, these are Capezios, a dancing shoe! . They climb well. Everything else I had. I am balanced on a railing here, you can see it's shadow

Thanks, I voted for Eddie, I thought his was really well put together and functional looking; I think with a decent background it would have won.

I liked this challenge but I think it was a bit specific and excluded a lot of people who don't have much or any activewear or techwear in their wardrobe.

IIRC, quite a few posters wanted to see a SW&D suit challenge. Most people would have a suit or a blazer at least, so I think that could be fun and still give room for people to express their personal styles. I'll try and find some inspiration pics for that theme and post a new thread soon.

Congrats on the win Rais, you deserve it. I think a suit challenge could be great but I would prefer to avoid anything like SWD tries to do CM. Some people suggested it for the last challenge but I wear Yohji suits a lot and I just don't have the wardrobe to do the CM look well.

As interesting as it would be to see SWD's interpretation of CM I don't think I would be able participate. Keeping the rules more open might bring in more entries. That being said if there are enough people who are keen to give it a try I would be happy to sit out this round because I think the end result would be really interesting.

I like the idea in theory. We could do something a bit more relaxed, like SWD in "formal". Think a night at the Opera or something along those lines.
