Glad to see the long sleeve polo under the jacket. Every now and then you see the traditional Italian brands offering a long sleeve polo shirt with a full button front. (Sometimes even with a button down collar). I think it offers a relaxed, sporty style under a casual suit or blazer. I found one last summer by Zegna. Nice spread collar, removeable collar stays, full button front and cuffs but from a thin, mesh weave polo fabric. Very nice. Luciano Barbera used to offer one a season two two ago.

The long sleeve polo under the jacket can be seen in the early Hollywood star photos or as post WWII Mediterranean resort wear. The key is that for it to be business casual, it needs to have a really good good collar. Not the typical RL polo wavey collar out of the dryer look. Just my 2 cents.

okay here we go.No work this week for me.. so this was me normally this week but with shorts... I wore the pants for the competition then promptly took them off in favor of shorts for the 112 degree weather out here that day.. again very casual for biz casual..
