Is there any personal finance software that provides decent modelling without me having to spend lots of time in excel?
I'd like to be able to do things like:
-invest X at the end of every month at Y monthly rate of return for Z years
-specify the mix of stocks and bonds in my portfolio
-have the mix change over time the closer I get to retirement
-once a year, increase the X invested on a monthly basis by a certain % on the assumption of salary increases
-deals with inflation
-factor in real estate and mortgage for a total net worth over time
-makes it easy to run different models
-and obviously it should do all the regular stuff like parse my bank statements and deal with standard budgeting stuff.
-track my actual portfolio (it should deal with multiple currencies well)
I haven't looked at this type of software in a while so I'm aware of quicken and money, but without wasting tons of time with each of them I'm not sure how they compare and if there are other better options out there... Thanks.
edit: ok apparently MS doesn't even make Money anymore... Is quicken really the only choice these days? =/
