About a year ago I was 60 pounds heavier and unhappy with myself. I would look in the mirror and just want to cry, I didn't like anything and wanted to try and hide behind sweatshirts and sweat pants. Then my best friend got me started in xfit and I was instantly hooked. Although I wasn't as strong as the other people in the class I loved the competitive atmorphere and pushing myself. Through xfit I heard about the Paleo diet, which is eating all natural stuff that comes from the earth, no added sugars or preservatives and just overall clean. It truly changed my life and I am now at my goal weight. I discovered through Paleo though that I was still able to eat the foods I loved which was amazing. As strange as it sounds I was really addicted to beef jerky and I found Paleo Ranch while on this diet which is 100% grass fed beef all natural meat so I can eat what I love and feel great!
