bad lighting, have to deal with flash @ night. still experimenting with something other than regular buttondowns. need new t's. is it practical to have t-shirts darted if my drop is large?

how hard is it to get denim jacket sleeves shortened? need about 3-4" off, they were bothering me all day.

hem jeans? still undecided. i like stacking in general, but mine look a bit sloppy...

I got about 5" taken off the sleeves of my Conny jacket for $16... and tailoring around here seems to cost more than what most SFers pay.

It depends on your footwear, of course, but it looks like you could take a little bit off there. I think the rule of thumb is an extra 2" for stacking.
