ill PM you. i will admit, even though they screwed up, this is some of the finest cordovan I have ever handled. Not a single blemish on the white or red shell.

Have to say, BB cust service has been stellar on this, at least with me. Apparently both the breast wallet and the billfold had the same online code, so it's understandable that things got screwed up. But things should turn out ok, on my order.

For those (if any) in San Diego, NMLC down here is closing on the 14th (sad,sad day). Guess the rich Tiajuanans and I couldn't keep the doors open. 30% off all, 40% extra off of clearance. They may do more next week.

Not worth driving from far distances.... Unless you're size 17 shirt and like decent, but not screaming deals. IIRC fair amount (like 10-15) of Piana, Isaia and Charvet shirts for ~$120-$130+tax.

I spoke with Theresa and she was absolutely stellar! She proactively identified the problem and had the right person to resolve the problem contact me. I'm sorry you have had bad experiences with BB customer service, but based upon my experience, which is limited to this occasion, they have some of the best support around. If I have problems in the future, I am certainly going to ask for Theresa.
