i asked worldrobe how to proceed with a return and was told to just ship it back without completing the return form.

No, did not get a code but did get notified of a 30% sale that started a couple days ago. Of course, out of the 21 item in my Dreambox none are eligible for the sale. Even then, the 30% off price is not that great but I guess is as much as we can expect from Yoox these days

as it turned out i got an email for a 20% off promo on none clearance items. it's applied in shopping bag instead of a code. i guess some accounts get 30% off.

you can get free shipping using the worldrobe app. yoox still offers free shipping without minimum order sometimes.
