Same issue.
Returned items at the end of December.
January 10 they stated that my return had been accepted and would be returned to my CC.
January 23, after me contacting them regarding non-refund, they stated they could not return the funds to CC, to which I said that is ludicrous.
Then began a back and forth for two weeks with promises of resolution that ultimately got handled when I created a PayPal account for a return on February 6.
Absolutely ridiculous process that seems way out of line for good service.

Glad it finally worked out for you. I'll still buy clothing from them, but to avoid possible returns, I'll stick to brands that I know pretty much fit me well.

They had a new delivery and I thought give them some time to reduce them and bang....the ones I wanted sold out....furious, couple were very special.

@UK2004 well...the final sale officially began today but has got underway quietly since last Friday as prices were updating. Apparently many people have noticed it and were scavenger hunting for the hidden best deals. There were PLENTY and what's left today is indeed kinda rubbish.

Thanks for reminding me! I had downloaded the app when you previously mentioned it, but forgot to look at it. I’ve looked on the app and on the web site, but I can’t find a mention of the return policy. Where did you see that?

i hadn't used this app until this final sale just because i couldn't find the return policy. i called customer care a couple times about the app but they didn't have any info. so i emailed help@yoox and was finally confirmed that since the worldrobe app doesn't distinguish clearance items from sale items, all yoox items are returnable within 20 days.

yup missed out on some deals because I wasn't sure if they were F&F sale despite being on severe discount

To be honest I had been looking since then as I'm an every day checker but nothing in my dream boxes was appealing, prices for bits I like are higher than a year ago, disappointing.
