I'm in search for lymphatic massage expert and during me researching process, I heard from many guys that it's not good and can be harmful to health.

Although, there are many experts in New York but these statements confuse me sometimes when I decide to book an appointment. What you think is it good?

At first I thought Hyrodoid cream as I had a HUGHE hematoma in my for arm stretching from the wrist to the elbow and as high as alomost 3/4 the depth of the normal arm and you could grab it with the other hand a wobble it about and Hyrodoid cream worked well on it although it did take some work.But my concern for you is the ruptured veins,I wouldn't be putting to much presure on them at the moment and maybe this is why Maddo recomended the L.D.M as a gentler approach untill things have had a chance to heal and recover.Not saying it would work for you and I'm no doctor but I did used the Hyrodoid cream a lightly applied bandage and elevation of the arm helped mine drain.But I think it may say on the Hyrodoid box not to use if a bleed has cause or is part of the problem. Think I would talk to a L.M.D specialist,maybe the boy nows a thing or two about injuries

I’d heard of lymphatic drainage massage and was intrigued; however, I was disappointed to find it wasn’t what I’d imagined . Like, when does the drainage happen? Hello??
