I am Asian half Chinese/Filippino with very thin hair. I am trying to achieve a comb to the side look (a comb-over?) like one of those Ralp Lauren models. I have read a couple of blogs, but I am still unsure what to get. I think I read somewhere Cary Grant type hair can be achieved with a brush, something like this

I want to invest in a good comb. No cheap flimsy plastic one.
Also what type of hair product should I get? Right now I am using a Korean gel wax.

A comb-over looks like this:

You probably want this:

This can be attained with some pomade and a comb.

An asian poster sported that style as his avatar not to long ago and it looked pretty good. Anyone know who I'm talking about?

I thought pomade was made for styles like that. American Crew's pomade is fairly well-liked.
