I think shrinkage is mostly the dryer. Not sure how much difference wash temperature makes. Of course, if you don't wash them, they definitely won't shrink.

Never tried their oxford shirts. Not a fan of the collar. And for that price, you can get MTM from Proper Cloth, etc.

I wouldn't tumble dry anything besides sport clothes, if really needed - personally, I'd save on the drier altogether and buy more clothes to rotate them instead. I used to do BJJ back before the pandemic and had 4 gis for this purpose.
Tumble drying seems to be the cause of nearly all the shrinkage problems with any cloth. It's also clearly advocated against on the label of basically anything you buy.
Dry cleaning polos though, that's ridiculous. You'd spend a fortune AND destroy the fabric by dry cleaning as often as a shirt needs cleaning.
