Yes typically an XL in EG, but occasionally a Large.

I used Zenmarket.jp - you simply post the url from the Kapital.Jp store in, give colour and size details, they confirm with you, you pay (they charge 300 yen for the service and internal shipping fees are around 700-800 yen, so you're talking about 9USD fees + which ever shipping method you want (you've got a choice of shipping services and they'll weigh and give you the costs). Very straightforward to use.

Cool. Thanks for the info. Hope the jacket works out for you. I look forward to your review of it.

All Kapital fit from Sunday (WAYWT cross-post). The scarves/mufflers are bold but beautiful, and fantastic close up:

Cool and blustery Sunday:

Not the best photo of the jeans, but here's the Century denim in the Oakbilly fit:

1000

@ManofKent that fit really works. I like that Thunderbird coverall more than I thought I would from looking at product shots. Cisco cut looks nice here. I may give that a try. The pricing on Kapital denim direct from their e-shop is extraordinary if the jeans are any good at all, which I assume they are. And unless they really go overboard on shipping.

@Fenderplyr Oh. That may be the problem then. I didn't try to get through a transaction, so I didn't realize this. I guess that's where proxies come in then. Still could be a pretty good deal though.

Nice fit.

You can't buy directly from their shop, but it's straightforward using zenmarket.jp (and presumably other proxies). You pay around 1000 - 1200 yen (about 9-10 USD) for internal shipping and proxy costs, then there is the international shipping (not cheap, but not horrendous and you can pick speed/cost of service).

Frank, great look and fit on those jeans. I love them, but can't seem to find a single pair of Kapital jeans with a longer inseam. Anyone know of a model of Kapital jeans with a net length of 34.5-35" (34 is too short ) after washing and air dry?

I'm no expert, but haven't come across Kapital jeans in longer lengths. Dieworkwear posted a link to BandannaAlmanac's blog earlier in the the thread and he'd be able to tell you for certain.

Have you ever been hit with customs?

Every time I've ordered using global.rakuten - UK customs have got very tight on picking up international orders.

@FrankCowperwood how are you liking the okabilly fit? looks good there.

I'm a fan of the lining print on the new season stuff... tempted to get something just for the lining

@Lorcan7 I do like it. It's got quite a high rise, and particularly so for denim, and a taper that I like. I did size up based on Standard & Strange's advice and the fit is comfortable. Just washed them so I'll see what effect that has.

@GusW the in seam is a challenge. This pair was 33.5 pre wash. I'll measure again after cold wash air dry and see what it is now. Assume it will be close. I don't need all of that really but I prefer to start with it so I can cuff and maybe still hem later.

A better photo of the Oakbilly cut.

Really nice cut.

Finally got around to taking some fit pics with the denim ring coat.

Looks great in denim. Perfect size too.

My long-length version in gold Katasaguri arrived yesterday, and I'm already tempted by a standard length in a different fabric to go with it,,,
