I do know nothing about trends Nikola, but I am very sad I do not have a great fit on those (in fact none of the JL lasts I have tried on).

Still appreciate the quality and the look of double monks, but I find them somehow passe lately ..

I still love my suede Williams. I never really appreciated the Chappel, though. Seemed a little too fashion forward to me, although a gorgeous shoe..

Bespoke 3rd fitting. Still need to fix the toe box on each shoe, take out some width on the inside for the left shoe, correct the heel slippage on both shoes. Hopefully go into production Once adjustments are done without another fitting but it’s up to the folks in Paris.

I love those. Should have jumped on them when I had the chance.

So this happened today on my Chapels... I was walking across a street and instead of cutting through the grass I wanted to walk on the sidewalk. The sidewalk was slightly uneven and I scraped the toe on concrete.

I toyed with the idea of posting my still unscathed Chapels ;)

Unfortunate event, Texas, condolences.

I’m kicking myself for not walking on the grass that wasn’t even wet...:fu:

Don't be harsh on yourself. I am also using the sidewalk whenever I can thinking it's the safest bet for Lobbs. Don't like the idea of taking a grass path, seems like a lot of potential threats there .. You did what you thought it's best ..
