I lucked out and I got this for a steal from SSENSE. I ordered a size large because they were sold out of mediums. The JE website also recommends going one size up if you don't prefer a slim fit. Should I order a size medium somewhere else or stick with the Large? I fee like the sleeves are a tad bit too long whenever I'm not layering. The sleeves hit above my hands instead of the top of my wrists. Anyways, I'll let y'all be the judge of that.

Leather Moto Jacket - Size Large

Sleeves on these are long in general I feel. My medium are slightly long too compared to how older jackets fit. I think the length looks a bit long on the large though.

I’d try a medium, for that price you need to feel solid with your decision.

Alright, so had the moto for a few days now and here are my thoughts:
-Overall the jacket is absolutely beautiful. Definitely comparable quality to leather jackets that cost twice as much.
-The leather is pure butter. Cant wait to see how it ages over time, as I suspect this will just improve with wear
-The hardware is all top notch, riri zippers and super sturdy snap buttons
-My only complaint is a minor one, and it has to do with packaging. The jacket came on a cheap plastic hanger and a flimsy garment bag. Given the price point, it'd be nice to see a higher quality garment bag (ala the ones Mr. Porter uses, etc) and a more robust hanger. Again, a pretty minor gripe overall.

I'm generally L in all JE outerwear, and this fits great. I'm sitting about 10lbs under my usual walking around weight, but I dont think that impacts the fit too much.

A few fits:

Moto jacket
Stevenson Overall Co Thermal (not JE related, but this is the best thermal i've come across by a wide margin @kiya)
Season 9 (?) white paint splatter Cast 2's

It looks to fit you well in the chest and shoulders, but sleeves just slightly long. After seeing more pics of that it seems to be the intended style of the new Rider as opposed to the cropped sleeves on the old Rider (which I prefer). The old one did come with a white wooden hanger as well as opposed to plastic

How tall are you? My concern it the length for me because I’m fairly tall.
