I wear skinny/slim leg jeans and turn up the cuffs, good opportunity to show off selvage too! Not that anyone will notice...

If you wash your raw denim it will lose its starch. You can always starch them again if you'd like.

Really depends on the cut. I sized down one for my Joes and the fit is perfect.
