How to Protect/Store Suede Leather boots?

Suede is easier to care for than you may think. Tarrago Nanoprotector or a similar spray works well. Get a suede brush. Use shoe trees as you would for any good pair of leather shoes. I bag mine if I’m storing them for the season, but a box should be fine as well.
