Happy Thursday all, today I'm wearing my just delivered suit from Indochino. Now before you go off on me for going with Indochino over some place like Spier & McKay or SuitSupply, I do understand the quality difference and the only reason I went with Indochino was that I fell in love with this fabric. I'm a bit disappointed with the fit of the jacket; the gorge seems much too high and it doesn't show off enough of my shirt and tie for my taste. But what do you all think? Very much looking for feedback if I should go back to Nordstrom and demand a remake of the jacket. Thanks in advance for the feedback! View attachment 1863023
I'd have the sleeves lengthened. Not much you can do about the jacket length, but it's too short. Other than that--given your body type--it's not too bad. You might as well keep it. But I wouldn't go with that company again. If I was in your shoes, what I'd do would be to find an at least competent alterations tailor, and then I'd find high quality tailored garments secondhand on eBay that fit your upper body, and have them altered to fit everywhere else. And if you can find a pretty good local bespoke tailor, save the $ and go that route.

The loafers almost work here. And that is the most you will get out of me. Ever.

Fantastic ensemble overall, loafers or no loafers.
I have a recurring dream where you and @sugarbutch steal all my loafers. I’m very concerned as I think you plan on doing some kind of fire ritual with them. After some mission impossible style recon, I finally track you both down. I surveil you from a far preparing myself for the worst. To my surprise, you’re both trying them on and telling each other how great they look. I put down the sniper rifle as a single tear rolls down my cheek. Mission accomplished, Acute Style. Mission accomplished.

"I have a recurring dream premonition."

Fixed it for you. Get your gun ready, as the second part may never happen; I foresee a pyre of loafers offered to the sartorial gods ....
