UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here
Good luck!.

The shoes are too casual for the rest of the outfit, in my opinion. That said, I am a newbie here, so please chastise me if my critique is incorrect.
IndeedI would say the issue is not so much the formality level but the total absence of contrast with the pants.
Sportcoat is fuego tho... Spier Mackay?
I like that jacket DS, especially if the bluer colour of the first pic is more accurate.I wish I had the courage for Madras. Looks great AAS.
Not sold on the cream trousers but WIWT

I’m a bit cautious about checked jackets, especially if they lean towards seventies broadcheck horrors, but the check on this is subdued enough to work nicely. What brand? I’ve seen some cool lightweight wool Ted Bakers in Nordstrom’s that look similar but they never seem to go on sale.
What’s the story with the monogram? OOO (assuming my eyes still work)?COLONIAL TAN

IMO, lighter shoes would help in the context of everything else.I wish I had the courage for Madras. Looks great AAS.

That had me doing a double take too. I'm definitely interested in @Alan Bee's response to this. That is, regarding the apparent brown and black pairing. Though the monogram is curious too! What’s the story with the monogram? OOO (assuming my eyes still work)?
Also, I don’t love the brown suede with the black accessories (again, assuming my eyes work), but everything else is perfect, in my opinion.
