Victor I've never been a fan of french cuffs (more of a double button barrel cuff man myself) but your cufflink collection gets it done. :slayer: Also I love the patch pockets on that jacket.

This has been mentioned before, but I think that the prominent stitching on the jacket detracts from the overall look. The fit is superb, but I would ask your tailor to make the stitching more subtle on future orders. It would turn an excellent look into a perfect one.
This is the security guard done well. I agree that the pick stitching is too obvious, but I appreciate that you're toning things down while still maintaining your sartorial reckless abandon.

Looks good. Tie is very bright and it suits you. I like that you brought the red color with the PS and links too. Spoo, I see navy, not black.

I like it, though I think I'd like this more with darker trousers. The values of the top and bottom halves are just a little too close.

To clear up the confusion, yes, the suit is really black, and thank you, Spoo-meister, for the compliment upon it - it was recently altered to fit the somewhat smaller me.

As for the tie, the only way that I thought that I could tame it would be to keep to a very strict, basic color scheme - black, white, red, with a touch of yellow (in the PS), like a Goya portrait. The pocket square is new as well, and happily, it kept to the color scheme.

I like the look of this quite a bit. I've always found your posts to be classic and conservative, yet seem very appropriate for you. I also love how you qualified Florence with Italy, as if we wouldn't have assumed that. :satisfied:
