SS - Don't mind that guy, you're doing great. I'd say your lapels are a little skinny for my taste, and if you do want to go with lapels that skinny, go with a skinnier tie and maybe even bring in the shoulders a little (although it's hard to tell from this one pic). I'd also say go a little easy on the colors for your tie, but that's to personal taste I guess.

Also on the jacket: it may just be the way that you're standing, but looks like the shoulder line isn't really smooth. It may be that you need the collar lowered to take care of that. But again, might just be how you're standing. See if you can somehow look at the back, either by using mirrors or getting someone else to look or take a picture, and see if there is horizontal pulling near the collar.
