I think you've got the right diagnosis. All of that aside, though, the fabric is really beautiful, and your tie is the perfect choice.

Don't think I can beat the big tymer outfits, so a regular fit today.

Now lose that pink stripe black fleece OCBD, it doesn't have a good collar roll. I'd wear it without a tie.
