Neapolitans prefer shorter coats and other features unique to their style traditions, changing these will virtually alter the DNA of the garment. With the exception of the wide lapels, I really like Mina's jackets; adding more fabrics from English mills would peak my interest.

Thank you for the suggestions.

So there's no question of "Who owns the pattern?" or "Who's doing this work?". It's NSM, no ifs, ands, buts or excuses.

Thank you.

Lapels don't have to be wide - my suit has 3 1/4" lapels.

The sleeves on this suit are as slim as you could want.

She doesn't cut the pattern.

On her first several trips, she was acting as agent/conduit for a tailor named Volpe. At some point that changed. Volpe may still make some of her stuff for all I know but she no longer uses his name and everything has her own label.

Ditto Matuozzo, she had that line and has dropped it. I think.

Only the Cappelli ties carry a brand name other than her own (NSM).

Likely. Advertisers must pay a fee, which she probably didn't do.
