I am new here, so I should start by saying hello to all.

I need to have some suits fitted, so I wanted to see if anybody can recommend some good tailors in Los Angeles?

Thank You

Los Angeles is a big place. Specifically where in Los Angeles are you and how far will you drive?

Anywhere in or around these areas works for me:

  • Silver Lake
  • Santa Monica
  • Venice
  • Culver City
  • Beverly Hills
  • West LA
  • West Hollywood
  • Hollywood
  • Brentwood
  • Malibu

Thanks

I would search on Yelp to find one close to you. For my average stuff, I take most of it to Lizon Tailors who does a decent job. For my higher end stuff, I bring it to First Class Tailors in Santa Monica. They do a great job, but the lady there leans towards a fashion forward, ultra-slim fit if that is the look you are after.

For bespoke shirts, I suggest Turnbull & Asser in Brighton Way in Beverly Hills. Mostly high-end, but endorsed by Prince Charles!

sportin_life,

I ended up seeing Marina at First Class Tailors as per your recommendation. She seemed like she really knows her stuff. I will report back here after getting the suit back. Thanks again.

@simplisity Any updates on your experience at First Class Tailors? Recent Yelp reviews have suggested that she's getting swamped and letting the quality slip.
