I lust after this!

Until then, EDC is an old Benchmade AFCK in casual clothes or a Protech Godfather in when dressing more formally

Nice to see this thread back from the depths and some cool knives with it.

I attended the Blade Show earelier this year and picked up a new EDC slipjoint from Master Smith Roger Massey. Just a honey of a knife. A good deal more robust than the little pearl folder that still lives in my briefcase, but still entirely pocketable and portable. And sharp as heck, as a good knife should be.

I guess if we're talking high-end, I'd recommend a Chris Reeve knife. I carry a Sebenza. One of the best things about it, for me, is that it comes in a left handed version (so the thumb stud is placed on the left side of the blade so I can open it with my left hand).

Otherwise, Spyderco knives are ideal EDC. I have a couple Ladybugs, amongst others. The best one of all, for my money, is the Harpie...but you have to be careful. It's a mean-looking knife and I think the blade is longer than 3 inches.

The Buck Prince 503 or Knight 505 are wonderful smaller pocket knives.

Above is the 505 with a 1 7/8" blade and available from http://www.amazon.com/Buck-Knives-5...200_img_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0A6201J0HMFR2ZSN1Z7G

The 503 looks the same with a 2 1/2" blade: http://www.amazon.com/Buck-Knives-5...F8&qid=1448246374&sr=8-1&keywords=buck+prince

I carried the larger 501 Squire for many years but today carry a pocket clipped Benchmade Mini-Griptillian and a small Victorinox Ambassador (scissors, knife, file, toothpic, and tweezers) in my pocket: http://www.amazon.com/Victorinox-53...8246835&sr=8-1&keywords=victorinox+ambassador

I'm currently looking at getting a pocket knife, but I also want some with a bit of decoration as well. I'm a bit surprised William Henry knifes have yet to be brought up on this thread yet.

Well after looking around and giving it some thought I made my choice. Hopefully it will be here before Christmas.

It's a pocket knife. Or at least I carry it as one.

I use it for steak when I eat out. Cuts absolutely beautifully.
