I think factory might be closed for week or two. I know around this time lot of makers take yearly time off.

Hey guys, those of you in USA. Do you have to pay custom fees when you receive your shoes. My MTO from February is ready, but I am away from home now. I can tell G&G to ship shoes, there is someone to receive them, but they will not accept delivery if they have to pay duty fees.

Karen is now around, although I think the factory in terms of making is still shut for summer.

She emailed me last Friday confirming dispatch, and the shoes arrived on Tuesday. No photos yet as have been flat out busy with work.

They are the same as those pictured by Vravio above, albeit his look a lot more polished/finished than mine.

I followed up on Monday, she mentioned that the factory has just re-opened this week and I should be receiving my pair sometime next week.

My model and all sizes have also been listed as in stock on the website since the date of purchase. Unsure exactly the cause of the wait - perhaps they don't want to deplete their inventory to fulfill the flash sale.

For my Corthay shoes I received from Paris, customs charges were already built into the price.
