If only I had any pocket squares. Plenty of patterns other than that. Nowhere close to get a good one and not paying overnight for a PS. :-(

Get a notepad and pen/crayons, doodle away for an hour over lunch or during a meeting or something. Stick it in pocket.

TTO, I assume that single-colour, but patterned, squares like the one below are fair game? I used it in a practice attempt today, and it certainly made the game easier but are they allowed?

It's kind of skirting the rules a little, you lose Barbera points but I will allow it as a square, But NO self stripe shirts!
If any of you use such a thing, then I require a close up to prove the pattern.

It may be allowed, but I doubt such shenanigans will garner many votes. Look in your heart, doctor, and do the right thing.

Fair enough. I'm traveling now, and without the number of patterns required for participation, but I'll post a couple for entertainment porpoises.

That's what Photoshop is for...

Stick a tie in there with conviction

Step 1: Find appropriately patterned Charmin toilet paper.

Step 2: Stuff in pocket.

Step 3: ???

Step 4: Profit!

Get a notepad and pen/crayons, doodle away for an hour over lunch or during a meeting or something. Stick it in pocket.

Hah! I love the suggestions. Unfortunately I'm still building a better wardrobe and my staple navy SC I would probably wear anyways (with patterned pants) will most likely arrive Saturday or Monday, too late for the competition. I have a linen houndstooth but it's casual. I'll sit back and learn for a few more weeks.

But it would be pretty funny to have a paper towel or the serrated edge of notebook paper popping out as an SC. I'll keep that in mind for you gents.
