I completely agree with you. The only caveat is that at the EG trunk show at Leffot yesterday the EG rep was quoting late January as the deliveru timeframe. But we all know how much to trust a sales guy

I forget when I ordered mine but I typically believe it's 6 months for EG and G&G, 3 for Vass, and 2 years for 'rare' Alden shell. If they come sooner I feel like Van Der Beek in the AT&T commercial.

Slate would be a nice change or Bauxite. Edwardian would also be killer! A Shannon in Edwardian would probably be my last one to rule them all.
