I don't know how is the fit, but it looks OK on you especially in its by-design normal buttoning mode.

I have to comment, though, (perhaps to be considered on a future commission) that the pocket flaps (their height) are really big and hence disproportional to my eyes.

It’s not bespoke...got it off eBay. Agreed re pocket flaps. It’s a weird pocket too. There’s no pocket jetting which means I can’t tuck them in

So cuffs or no cuffs on double breasted suits?

Most illustrations I've seen usually include cuffs.

Great DB specimens in this page, but the two newer iterations would benefit by deepening the V created by the crossing of the two lapels: the torso (upper vs. lower part) would become more proportional and flattering.

IMO, the optimal depth of the apex of the said V would be at the extrapolation of the low seam of the breast pocket irrespective of lapel width and design.
