So, I noticed I have a bump, which feels like a BBin me earlobe. I initially thought it was a zit, but now am thinking maybe its a cyst.
Its mildly painful if I apply pressure to it, but otherwise it doesn't hurt.
Do i need medical attention for this, or will it go away?

Better see a doctor. I had a cyst in the ear for quite awhile before finally had someone take a ENT doctor look at it and remove it.

I used to get these occasionally; in my case they just go away after a while...maybe go see someone if it persists for longer than a couple of weeks.

^ same here. They occasionally appear, stay for a few days and go away. It could be ingrown hair as well. See a Dr.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless it's there for weeks and gets worse. I tend to get them in the winter or when I have a persistent cold. You can't see them but feel them. They always went away on their own.
