Mom made them, had just a couple, they were small. I don't feel overly guilty. Shake was probably a bad idea but I am going for a run tomorrow morning.

I'll play this game. That way, when I show that I eat better than Conne, everyone will laugh at him.

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with hen of woods mushrooms and parsley

Lunch: salad of miner's lettuce, romaine hearts, frisee, watermelon radish, red onion, black olive, shaved carrot, parmesan, and banyuls vinaigrette, and 4 oz of olive oil poached tuna.

Snack: 2 apples, and a banana

Dinner: 8 oz chicken breast, sauteed hen of woods, and braised kale

I stand by my original statement in this thread.

This **** is a joke, and you are not really serious about "losing weight". You are undoubtedly eating a little better than you were before, but you are not going to lose weight eating that much food. You also have zero willpower. But we knew that already.

So why continue to post about the excess of food, and crap you are eating under the guise of losing weight? So that people will give you ****? Why do you get all whiny and defensive when we play along? You have less balls than Kwilk.

It warms my heart to see a young american who knows how to enjoy mushrooms.

So now that he has finally pleased you, you will suck him off? TS, I am down 2 lbs. I also feel a lot better about myself and my body seems to like me a bit more. I'm not getting stomach aches from too much garbage, I'm not lethargic, I feel good. I think I am on the road to weight loss and a permanent dietary change.

2lbs?!?! Ahahahah I prove my point. You think that losing 2lbs in water weight over the course of nearly three weeks is "good enough"? I can lose 2lbs in the next half an hour if I needed to. Let me know when you get closer to 10-15lbs. At the rate you are going, it will be uh... never. Like I said, undoubtedly you are eating healthier than you were before, and that's probably a good thing, but you aren't going to lose weight.

Even at a modest deficit, you would probably be down at least six pounds by now. Two pounds either way is nothing. A big meal or taking a big dump can push your weight two pounds either way.
