How are CM's merino sweaters? Might cop some...

Last years Merinos were amazing. I got a navy at the start of the season and wore the hell out of it. Then I realized how sad and empty my life would be without it. When I went to buy a back up, they were on super deep discount so I got charcoal, wheat, olive, maroon and another navy.

Well worth it, they all get a fair run out between September and May!

What did you fellas pick up in the 50% off sale?

I picked up two pairs of shorts, a linen S/S sportshirt, and lavender university stripe OCBD.

Wow, that used to be 300 when they first came out around 3 years ago, I have it in charcoal and its ******* awesome, never went on sale either, was lucky to get the 20% student discount with a friend and dont regret the purchase one bit, seems like a bargain now, I've compared it to a very similar wool margiela knit and it stands up pretty well (fit&construction~wise that is).

The difference is basically as they said, the arm holes are higher up and also the back of the shirt are more tapered. Fit was great!

For Boxing Day last year, they only did additional 30-40% off sale items. It wasn't that different from those random weekend promotions if you're looking to buy something specific: pray that it's already on sale.

Does anyone know how often CM has their 50% off promos?

I've got quite a few things that I wouldn't mind buying and am wondering if it is worth waiting and risking my sizes running out...

They will only do additional 50 off already reduced merchandise. To my knowledge this only occurs once a season. 30 happens frequently as the season goes on.

God I've been spending a lot of money on CM lately. Wish I didn't have that student discount; it got me everytime

On a side note, why are CM pants vanity sized to hell and back? All their other stuff fits small, but the pants are always 2 inches too big in the waist.
