yes, that was a terrible period in car tuning - but before jet kept it real with knit sweaters, he kept it real with cars, and we all survived.

Damn, they're still doing that? I know they got rid of it in the coupe, the sedans still have it? Its up for an update anyways, I think they'll be introducing a new one at the NY AutoShow next month.

Porsche offers them as an option on the 911 and I've seen a couple BMW f10 with them as well, so damn ugly.

Do they? The 991s taillight is so slim and small, how can you even make them have altezzas? Any pics?

Those look like the 997 though and it really isn't altezza to me. Altezza has to be clear tails with chrome and round orange lights, like from the car that started it and where the fad was named after, the Toyota Altezza/Lexus IS300 and probably the only car to do it right.

It might entertain actual European people to find out what was referred to as a 'euro' back in 1990's America - anything from a Toyota pickup on hydraulics and 60-spoke wire rims to a domestic US-made Chevy compact car was referred to as a 'euro' back then. It was a horrible, horrible time.

We actually still have cars like that and they still win trophies.

You should see some of the cars, that still win trophies, it's so damn ridiculous.

I know where it came from and in my book all white/clear tail lights go in to that category, as they all look like ****

Nah, it has to be clear with round orange light to be tacky and ricer. White taillights are fine on some cars while clear tails always looks crap. Love the white tails on Astons.
