Just an update on my mto. I asked what the faults were and if they weren’t terrible
I may consider with a discount. They sent several pics. Was scars on scratches in the leather in a couple of places but I agreed with a pair of trees I’d take em.View attachment 1543283

Thanks! They're lovely. I've been looking at Carmina for a probable customised boot, and I've narrowed it down to either Oscar or Forest. What makes you prefer the Forest last?

You shouldn’t have to if you paid for the shoes last year, as the price would have included Spanish VAT. If you paid this year and Carmina haven’t paid U.K. VAT as part of the price then you need to pay that invoice.

If Carmina charged Spanish VAT and you paid this year then they have cocked up and need to give you that part back as you shouldn’t pay VAT twice.
