x2. @stephenaf2003 kudos for the patience, I'm pretty sure I would have pulled the rip cord months ago. that is a long time to wait considering you have to figure there is at least a 50% chance of getting the wrong size again.

on the customization tool, there’s now an option to pay for added scuffs. He chose the free ‘no scuff’ option, which I think was the smart play

I was thinking the same. I got my Paypal refund long ago, and I split the refund and invested it in Enron and with Bernie Madoff. Who’s the genius now!
